Positive Recognition is an important piece in acknowledging desired behaviour and the correct completion of tasks. It engages emlployees in their work and within their workgroups and is essectial to promoting a healthy and enjoyable work culture. There are times when positive actions are observed that should be recognized. The Positive Identification form is to be completed when positive actions of employees, working at any level within the organization, are encountered or identified to promote and encourage positive action. Positive identifications need to have a good thorough description and are to be reviewed with the person(s) being recognized.
